HARMONIC TREES

The film journeys through different acoustic situations in quite unusual contexts: we venture from a concert set in the mountains to the daily preservation of ancient musical instruments of a Violin Museum. The wood that makes these particular instruments came from the so-called Violins’ forest in Trentino-Alto Adige. Beneath an apparent harmony in these panoramas, a closer examination reveals a deep-rooted imbalance in the relationship between humans and nature.
